1on1 Nutrition Counselling
Rosie, our resident Nutritional Therapist, offers 1on1 consultations and can help you with a wide range of issues – such as: hormone balance, gut health, energy, sleep, mood, and weight. She can tailor a plan to you, and can help you reshape your relationship with food, building positive sustainable habits for life.
Group Weight Loss Program
We run a 10-Week Weight Loss Programme here at the studio, meeting once a week to go through different aspects of nutrition, psychology, behaviour and lifestyle. In these small group sessions – based on the latest in nutritional and behavioural science – we will teach you the skills to make genuine changes, not just short term ones.
We can bundle nutrition together with other services we offer – either as part of a bespoke personal programme or a corporate/group wellbeing programme. We give talks, seminars and workshops and can also pair nutrition with elements like fitness/training, Pilates or alternative therapies.
