Here at Inner Strength we work with a small group of carefully selected therapists. Their expertise helps us get you results, keep you injury free, and lets us offer the kind of full, comprehensive wellbeing that can change your life. Here’s what you need to know…

Sport Therapy

Sport therapy uses manual therapy/massage and applied sport science to rehab the body and keep you injury free. It can ease aching muscles, release areas of tightness and help speed up recovery from injury. It’s great if you have pain, discomfort or injury OR if you are looking for a regular tune-up to keep you fit and active.


Osteopathy uses gentle manipulation of the joints, bones and connective tissue to promote wellbeing in the body. Using a wide range of techniques, it opens up, relaxes and releases blockages and adhesions, restoring quality movement and health. It’s great if you are looking for a gentle way to manage chronic pain, it’s also great for the elderly, the young and for prenatal Mothers.

Nutritional Therapy

Nutritional therapy can help with a large number of issues including weight loss/body composition, hormonal imbalance, energy levels, mood and emotional issues and sport performance. At Inner Strength we use it for all these reasons and more.

Reiki, Indian Head Massage, Reflexology & Qigong

We offer a range of holistic and alternative therapies so you can find the one that works for you. Reiki uses guided energy through laying-on of hands, Indian Head Massage focuses on the head and Reflexology on the feet. Qigong is a form of Chinese energy healing based on standing and moving meditation. All help promote deep relaxation, and can be very effective at combating stress, low energy levels and emotional problems as well as physical ones. These treatments are worth trying if you feel your problem goes beyond purely physiological or if you are suffering from extreme stress or fatigue.

Referring Where Needed

We are experts at what we do, but we’re not experts at everything. If we think you need to see a therapist or that it will help you, we will say. Our priority is not to keep you training with us but to get you the results you deserve. That said…

We work with our therapy partners to get a deeper understanding of your needs and goals, limitations and potential. We also work with them where appropriate to program and plan your training and treatment. Doing this allows us to get you much greater results than we could on our own.
